CHEMORSEAL AW-10

Is a clear, water based acrylic sealer designed for dustproofing and moisture-proofing of mineral surfaces.

Specially formulated system enhances deep penetration into substrates, providing long lasting surface and subsurface protection.

• Enhances the colors of aggregates and the appearance of exterior walls and facades.
• Excellent color retention (non-yellowing).
• Resistant to water, acid rain, cleaning products and alkalis.

CHEMORSEAL AW-25

Is a clear, water based acrylic sealer. It is designed for penetration into and sealing of mineral surfaces such as masonry and concrete, etc. It is also useful as a curing membrane for fresh concrete.

• Excellent adhesion to fresh or hardened concrete.
• Resistant to wear and traffic.
• Efficient dustproofing, waterproofing and against stain protection.
• Excellent color retention (non-yellowing)
• Pigmented version available.

CHEMORSEAL "E"

Two-component clear epoxy setting at ambient temperature.

Used for dustproofing and moistureproofing particularly of  concrete  floors:

• superior adhesion and wear resistance.
• Resistant to common chemicals.

CHEMORSEAL "H"

Penetrating siloxane moistureproofing for concrete structures and parking  decks.

• Allows the surface to "breath".

 

CHEMORSEAL N-20

Penetrating silane moistureproofing for concrete structures, parking decks, buildings:

• architectural concrete and masonry.
• Does not affect the color nor the texture of the surface.
• Allows the surface to "breath".
• Contains 20% active solids.

CHEMORSEAL N-40

Penetrating silane moistureproofing for concrete structures, parking decks, buildings:

• architectural concrete and masonry.
• Does not affect the color nor the texture of the surface.
• Allows the surface to "breath".
• Contains 40% active solids.

CHEMORSEAL "P"

 One-component clear ambient temperature moisture-curing polyurethane.

Used for dustproofing and moistureproofing of concrete floors.

• Resistant to common chemicals.
• Economical treatment for industrial and warehouses floors.

CHEMORSEAL "S"

Clear acrylic moistureproofing for concrete or masonry floors or walls, terrazzo floors, concrete pavers.

• Brings out color of the stone in architectural precast panels.
• Color retentive (non-yellowing).
• Acts as dirt-repellent by filling the pores in the substrate.

CHEMORSEAL S-25

Acrylic sealer for concrete floors.

TYPE I  :  Transparent. The first coat can function as a curing membrane for fresh concrete.
TYPE II:  Pigmented.
